Join Us for Story – Sound and Lunch at The Sound Temple!

As part of Mundaring Hills Open Studios

Each year, we welcome art enthusiasts who arrive on the grounds of The Sound Temple, often hungry from their journey along the art trail.  This year, why not take a moment to pre-book your cheese picnic platter and enjoy a delightful lunch surrounded by nature?  This event starts of with an hour Sound Healing Session in The Sound Temple, our very own custom-built sound chamber.  You will experience relaxation, total time to recharge and set you on your way for the rest of the day.

Uncle Noel Nannup will be in the Gardens ready to share one of his dreamtime stories with you whilst you graze over your pre-ordered cheese platter.

Elina El Daher is our guest artist who will invite you to contribute to a very special art piece and you will have the opportunity to add your very own gold star onto the silk, representing your own inner spark!

Two Sessions will be held Saturday: 10am OR 12pm
10am Session will start with Sound and then have cheese and Story
12pm Session will start with Story with Uncle Noel and then follow on with Sound.

Come share a picnic with us, connect with fellow art lovers, and immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance of The Sound Temple.  We would love to see you here!

Visiting the open studios and participating in the Mundaring Hills event is a unique experience and an opportunity to sample the lives of our local and invited artists.

In total 75 artists at 37 gallery and studio locations will be showcasing their art between Saturday October 19 and Sunday October 27 (including the two consecutive weekends).

This event gives you a chance to talk to artists who are hosting, explore their techniques, share ideas, admire their creativity and acquire a unique piece of local artwork that will be displayed in the Gallery, Stone Lodge and around the magnificent grounds of The Sound Temple.
