To Reclaim our Magick! \nExploring our inner landscape through the lens of our heart and tuning into the Wisdom and Energy of the divine feminine archetypes and our cyclic nature.\n\nEach session you will be guided and held through embodied healing processes, activations, guided meditations & ritual. It’s a special opportunity to share what’s on your heart ~ to be seen, heard and held in unconditional love.\nIncluded will be a sound bath which gives rise for integration and deep, deep, well needed rest.\nWe will conclude with some raw treats plus warming cups of organic teas.\n\nThis work is so important, it’s my greatest wish that you reconnect with your sacredness, that you remember how incredible you are, that you reclaim your power and pleasure, that you tap into your cyclic nature to move through your life with more grace, ease and understanding, and that you know on the deepest level how needed you are here. Incorporating decades of experience and training into these bespoke offerings Amanda has become a wonderful support and guide for women.\nAmanda ( https://thesoundtemple.com.au/facilitator/amanda-howell/ ) is passionate about assisting her clients who have been through trauma, she sought out the specific training in Trauma-Informed Yoga which incorporates somatic movement to assist with this powerful work.\nShe teaches Yin and Vinyasa Yoga during her classes and retreats and is known as a compassionate space holder.
